  • Strong HR and Recruiting processes knowledge
  • Experience in recruiting

  • English level A2+
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and responsible person
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Designing an organizational framework that maximizes human resources and establishes systems of communication
  • Addressing health, safety, and worker-management issues, including compliance with federal workplace laws
  • Evaluating workers' educational needs and designing programs to meet them
  • Assessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases, and termination of employment
  • Designing programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level
  • Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination
  • Searching for new employees
  • Onboarding and adaptation of new employees
  • Regular 1:1 meetings, performance review, exit interviews
  • Conducting various surveys, Reporting
  • Organization of corporate parties and different activities for the staff
