2+ years of experience in software development (leading projects).
People management: experience of managing a team of 10+ engineers or several threads, including mentoring & coaching team members.
Capability to recognize weak points, risks, dependencies and ability to address them.
Experience in taking full ownership of all aspects of the project, such as: budget, scope, schedule, quality, risks, resources, and issues.
Strong theoretical background in methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall).
Experience in establishing processes and improvements.
Ability to manage critical situations with business stakeholders.
Autonomy, versatility and proactivity is a must.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Manage the team as Project Manager. Be the relay of the HR function within the team (setting objectives, IDPs, 1×1 sessions, validating leaves, training needs, etc.).
Support the client escalation process: communicate regularly on progress and actions to be carried out, contribute to establishing decision-making diagnostic analyzes for qualifying the identified problems.
Participate in overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling.
