Qualification skills:
- 2+ years of experience in software development (leading projects).
- People management: experience of managing a team of 10+ engineers or several threads, including mentoring & coaching team members.
- Capability to recognize weak points, risks, dependencies and ability to address them.
- Experience in taking full ownership of all aspects of the project, such as: budget, scope, schedule, quality, risks, resources, and issues.
- Strong theoretical background in methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Experience in establishing processes and improvements.
- Ability to manage critical situations with business stakeholders.
- Autonomy, versatility and proactivity is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- English Advanced.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the team as Project Manager. Be the relay of the HR function within the team (setting objectives, IDPs, 1×1 sessions, validating leaves, training needs, etc.).
- Support the client escalation process: communicate regularly on progress and actions to be carried out, contribute to establishing decision-making diagnostic analyzes for qualifying the identified problems.
- Participate in overall project management, time estimation and resource scheduling.
- Tracking project reporting, ensuring key performance indicators.
- Identify and manage project risks and flag major issues early.
- Communication with project stakeholders — business team and external partners.
