Our client, who owns a luxury activewear online shop, noticed a severe drop in performance during the pandemic, due to using an outdated Magento 1 e-commerce platform. Magento 1 is no longer supported by Adobe and that means no more performance updates, not to mention major security red flags. Also, because our client’s existing site wasn’t mobile-friendly they had issues with abandoned carts and mobile conversions.
